Why teams bring me in

Every seat around the physician

I've sold to physicians, connected them and built a practice alongside them, so I know what the doctor, the company and the patient each need before they say yes.

Clinical credibility, not just sales

Physicians adopt evidence. I originated a partnership that produced a peer-reviewed publication, and secured an IRB-approved clinical study with Rothman Orthopaedic Institute.

Elite athletes as the proving ground

NBA teams, Red Bull's teams across Europe and its LA performance center. I know how to earn a place in the training room, where physicians and patients look first.

Growth that stays inside the lines

A background in regulated and policy-driven markets, and hands-on work building a practice's compliance foundation, means growth that holds up to scrutiny.

Where I work

Longevity and healthspan

Physician-led practices and products built around prevention, recovery and living well for longer.

Regenerative medicine and biologics

Bringing new therapies into practices, with the clinical credibility physicians need before they adopt. Known across the IOF and TOBI orthobiologics communities.

Sports and performance medicine

Elite athletes adopt first. I've built the paths from pro sports and athlete performance centers into physician practices.

Physician-founders

A senior growth partner for doctors building something of their own.

How I help

Build

Fractional growth leadership

For funded health companies and new physician-led practices that need a senior growth leader before a full-time hire. Go-to-market strategy, physician and partner networks, a commercial roadmap and the infrastructure to scale. 1–2 days a week, 6-month minimum; most engagements run 12 months or more.

Grow

Network and market-entry projects

Defined projects with clear milestones. Provider Network Build: a first phase of about 90 days (target list, outreach and first secured relationships), with most clients continuing month to month as the network grows. Market Entry Plan (6–8 weeks): which specialties and markets have product-market fit, which product to lead with, and the plan to get there.

Advise

One-to-one advisory

For physician-founders and healthcare leaders who want a senior sounding board. Two calls a month plus async access. I also advise investors on the commercial readiness of health companies they're considering.

I report to the CEO, work alongside your clinical and commercial leaders, and hand off a team and playbook that run without me. I take on a small number of engagements at a time, so I can be fully part of each team.

Engagements are scoped individually. Fractional leadership typically ranges from $12,000 to $20,000 a month. Defined projects begin at $15,000, and advisory at $3,000 a month.

Selected work

CBMD

Head of Provider Partnerships, then Chief Growth Officer (fractional, through Ringheim Consulting) · 2022–2026

Grew physician adoption of a physician-formulated therapeutic from about 100 to more than 250 medical practices and drove 22% annual growth. Originated a partnership with ZetrOZ Systems (SAM®) that produced a peer-reviewed MDPI publication evaluating the product, secured an IRB-approved clinical study with Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, and brought the product to 5 NBA teams and Red Bull teams across Europe, including RB Leipzig and Red Bull Salzburg (soccer), EHC Red Bull München (hockey), Red Bull–BORA–hansgrohe (cycling) and sailing.

Red Bull Athlete Performance Center

Healthcare Partnership Strategy Advisor · 2024

Sole healthcare advisor. Within days, set up vetting meetings with Kerlan-Jobe, DISC Sports & Spine and UCLA Sports Medicine; Red Bull selected UCLA as the center's primary provider. Also built the provider selection framework, gave input on senior clinical hires, and brought CBMD into use by APC teams and athletes.

Organogenesis

ReNu launch · 2019–2021

Launched an amniotic suspension allograft across Las Vegas and Los Angeles, turned Orthohealing Center into a strategic account, and brought Desert Orthopedic Center (25 providers) to full practice-wide adoption.

Physician-led longevity and regenerative practice

Founding operator · 2026

Building the practice from the ground up: a concierge membership and telehealth care model, pricing, the full set of patient and compliance documents, provider recruiting, vendor and partner networks, and the plan for outside investment.

Regenerative and aesthetics biologics manufacturer

Growth consultant · 2026

Tested go-to-market approaches by specialty to find adoption barriers and the right lead product, then built a new cash-pay channel (5 accounts in 6 months) and a surgical channel (4 accounts).

Corporate Growth Executive

From unknown to trusted.

I'm a healthcare growth executive who helps new therapies, technologies and practices earn physician trust and market adoption, across longevity, regenerative medicine, biologics, sports and performance medicine, aesthetics and medtech. I work through Ringheim Consulting LLC as a fractional growth leader and advisor.

Before healthcare, as Director of Research at September Group, I advised executives through complex regulatory and policy environments, including ICANN initiatives on internet domain expansion. I competed on The Amazing Race, and it's still how I work: solve problems under pressure, earn strangers' trust fast, and don't stop until we reach the finish.

I've been part of the orthobiologics community for years, including IOF and TOBI conferences, where many of the physicians and thought leaders know my work.

Vision first, open to pivots
I start by understanding your vision, think beyond the obvious, and change course when new findings point to a better path. Then I execute relentlessly.
Trust first
I build relationships before pipelines.
Built to hand off
A team and playbook that run without me.
Ownership and loyalty
I take responsibility for outcomes and stay loyal to the people I work with, long after a project ends.
